Employment
Employment is one of the central pillars of the Clubhouse and is very meaningful to the community, both to those who work in the free market and those who support them from the Clubhouse.
The work unit is central in the clubhouse and is shared by everyone. Members who work in the Clubhouse deal with all of the bureaucracy regarding external workers and they constitute a supportive and promoting infrastructure for their friends. In addition, preparation-for-employment workshops are held, in which issues related to work skills are discussed, as well as hardships that may rise at the beginning of a job, and more. All Clubhouse members enjoy each other's life experience as well as advice and tips that are given with great love.
The job search process is performed in partnership and also independently. The accompaniment in work is done according to the need of the member. The contact with employers is also based on need and the will of the member. All the way, we always encourage each other to reach independence in the work free market.
