Employment

 

The Clubhouse model is based on our belief that every person has a right to integrate into a meaningful employment in the job market. In order to allow that, we concentrate all our efforts externally to potential employers and internally on our community.
 

Externally; contacting employers and professionally accompanying the employment process in order to allow a long term, high quality employment. Internally; using regular personally built employment courses, in which one acquires a “toolbox” handy for work related issues, and also internal marketing which raises motivation for finding a job and achieving success.

We believe that a good integration into the job market requires a proper match between each member’s personal dreams and aspirations and the employer’s needs. Therefore, accompaniment  and support are given throughout job seeking, the job interview and the employment processes both for the member and for the employer.

The personal bond between the member and the employment coordinator in addition to the support, backup and accompanying from the community creates a strong social circle which allows ultimate success at work.

The main idea of the employment center in the Clubhouse is that one will join the job market from a social circle that is based on mutual support.
A good expression of that is when one member finds a job for another member, or when the members themselves direct the employment courses, or even share tips and advice for fellow employees, and more.

This is a unique key point of the employment center in the Clubhouse!
